Thirty-six windows, lit one voice at a time
Across a wall of 36 red-curtained windows, voices and instruments join one by one, each window lighting up as its musician begins to play.
The Manganiyar Seduction brings around 40 Manganiyar musicians from Rajasthan together in a theatrical concert directed by Roysten Abel. Guided by a conductor in front of the wall, the performance builds into an interplay of music and light.
